This Warranty Replacement policy explains the limited store warranty offered by PROLAWN POWER EQUIPMENT LLC, what it covers, how to request a replacement, and how it works with manufacturer warranties and our returns process. Three-year limited store warranty
Unless a product page clearly states a different warranty term before purchase, products sold by ProLawn Power through prolawnpower.com include a three-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal, intended use.
This store warranty is provided by PROLAWN POWER EQUIPMENT LLC. It does not replace any manufacturer warranty that also applies to the product. If both apply, you may use either path. We will not require you to give up rights that Texas or federal law already gives you.
What is not covered
This limited warranty does not cover:
- damage from misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, or improper installation or storage;
- unauthorized modification, unauthorized repair, or removed serial labels;
- normal wear and tear, consumable parts, or cosmetic changes that do not affect function;
- damage from failure to follow the manufacturer instructions;
- products clearly marked Final Sale, unless the defect existed when the product was delivered;
- commercial or rental use unless the product page said the item was sold for that use.
Replacement products
If we confirm you are eligible, ProLawn Power will provide an identical product or a product of comparable value. If the original item is unavailable, we may offer a replacement, a repair, or a refund, depending on stock and the nature of the defect.
Any replacement or repaired product is covered under the same limited-warranty conditions as the original purchase for the time that remains on the original warranty period, or for 90 days after we ship the replacement, whichever is longer.
How to make a warranty claim
Warranty claims follow the authorization steps in our Returns and Refunds Policy:
- Email Contact@prolawnpower.com with your order number, the product, a description of the defect, and photographs or a short video.
- Wait for written authorization. Do not ship a product back without that authorization and the prepaid label we provide when a return is required.
- If we ask you to return the item, pack it securely with accessories that are needed to test the defect.
ProLawn Power pays authorized return shipping for confirmed manufacturing-defect claims by issuing a prepaid label. We do not charge a restocking fee on an approved warranty replacement or refund.
Manufacturer warranties
Many branded tools also carry a manufacturer warranty. Those terms are set by the brand, not by ProLawn Power. We can send proof of purchase and help you open that claim. Authenticity and sourcing details are on our Authorized Retailer and Authenticity page.

No. You may still return an eligible product within 30 days after delivery under the Returns and Refunds Policy. The limited warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects after that window, subject to the exclusions above.
