This policy explains where ProLawn Power ships, what shipping costs, and the normal time required to process and deliver an order. The information shown at checkout and in Google Merchant Center should match this policy.
Shipping Destinations
ProLawn Power ships eligible online orders to addresses in all 50 United States. We currently do not offer international shipping. Certain products may be restricted from delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, military addresses, or specific locations because of size, safety, manufacturer, legal, or carrier limitations; any restriction will be disclosed before the order is completed.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free for every eligible order shipped within the 50 United States. ProLawn Power does not add a standard shipping or handling charge at checkout. Optional expedited, special-handling, or freight services—if expressly offered—may have a clearly displayed additional charge before purchase.
Where Orders Ship From
Orders may be dispatched from ProLawn Power Texas operations or from third-party fulfillment partners and supplier warehouses located in the United States. Products in one order may ship separately from different U.S. locations. The shipping origin does not change the standard shipping price confirmed at checkout.
Handling Time
Normal order handling time is 3–5 business days before the package is handed to the carrier. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. Payment verification, address review, backorders, unusually large products, or high-demand periods may delay handling; we will communicate a material delay when reasonably possible.
Transit Time and Total Delivery Estimate
Normal carrier transit time after dispatch is 3–8 business days. The normal total estimated delivery time is therefore 6–13 business days from order placement. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees because weather, remote destinations, carrier disruptions, and events outside our control can affect transit.
Carriers and Tracking
ProLawn Power and its U.S. fulfillment partners use national parcel or freight carriers selected according to the product, package size, and destination. When tracking is available, it is sent by email after shipment. Carrier scans may take time to appear.
Order Acceptance and Availability
An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt but is not final acceptance. We may verify payment, address information, inventory, product restrictions, and fraud checks before shipment. If a product becomes unavailable, we may contact you about an updated estimate, split shipment, replacement option, or cancellation and full refund for the unavailable item.
Address Changes and Cancellations
Review your address before submitting an order. Contact us immediately to request a correction or cancellation. We cannot guarantee a change after processing begins. Once shipped, carrier rerouting may be unavailable.
Freight and Oversized Products
Large or heavy products may require freight delivery, a delivery appointment, an accessible unloading location, or customer assistance. Any special requirement or additional optional service charge will be disclosed before purchase whenever applicable.
Damage, Shortage, or Missing Delivery
Inspect packages promptly and retain all packaging. If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us promptly with the order number and photos when applicable. See our Returns and Refunds Policy.
