This policy explains where PROLAWN POWER EQUIPMENT LLC ships, the shipping cost, and the normal delivery estimate shown to customers of ProLawn Power.

United States shipping summary

Shipping destinations

We ship eligible online orders within the 50 United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. Product or carrier restrictions may prevent delivery to PO boxes, military addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or certain remote locations. Any known restriction will be disclosed before the order is completed.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free for eligible United States orders. ProLawn Power does not add a standard shipping or handling charge at checkout. If an expedited, freight, or special service is offered for an additional charge, that charge will be displayed before payment.

Processing and delivery time

The normal estimated total delivery time is 3–7 business days after order acceptance. This estimate includes both order processing and carrier transit. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders received on a weekend or holiday begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Payment or address verification, inventory changes, unusually large products, severe weather, remote destinations, carrier disruptions, or other events outside our control may extend delivery. We will contact the customer if we identify a material delay.

Fulfillment model and ship-from location

Orders may be fulfilled from a U.S. inventory or fulfillment location operated by ProLawn Power, a supplier, or a logistics partner. The ship-from location may differ from our registered Florida business address, and items in one order may arrive in separate packages. This does not change the standard shipping cost shown at checkout.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used for the order after shipment. Carrier scans may take time to appear.

Availability and order acceptance

An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt, not final acceptance. We may verify payment, address information, inventory, shipping restrictions, and fraud checks before accepting and shipping an order. If an item becomes unavailable, we will offer an updated estimate when available or cancel and refund the unavailable item to the original payment method.

Address changes and cancellations

Review the delivery address before submitting an order. Contact us promptly to request a correction or cancellation. We cannot guarantee a change after processing or shipment begins.

Freight and oversized items

Large or heavy products may require freight delivery, a delivery appointment, an accessible unloading area, or customer assistance. Any required condition or optional service fee will be disclosed before purchase when applicable.

Damage, shortage, or missing delivery

Inspect packages promptly and keep the product and packaging. If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us with your order number and photographs when relevant. See our Returns and Refunds Policy.
